Agency manager

Its mission

- Ensure marketing and sales objectives are reached and also ensure quality service at the agency
- Manage and control activities and work carried out at the agency
- Guarantee proper management of agency

Its main activities

- Handling claims and enquiries
- Ensure agency sales target are met
- Guarantee quality QoS at the agency
- Ensuring the compliance and consistency of all transactions carried out in the Agency and documenting them
- Supervising the control of the closing of the cash registers
- Ensure the proper development of its team skills
- Ensure respect and compliance of work ethics

After Sales Service Team Head

Its mission

- Ensure quality after sales services
- Animate, supervise and coach and an After Sales Service staff
- Ensure the report of activities

Its main activities

- Handling clams and services
- Unblocking and technical configurations
- Animate and supervise and coordinate and After Sales Service staff
- Monitor and control the compliance of work procedures
- Ensuring that access and other equipment necessary for the activity of its teams is made available
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly report of activities.

After Sales Servicer Staff

Its mission

- Ensure the sales of products and services at the agency
- Ensure after-sales service for terminals and devices, in contact with the customer
- Contribute to the quality of service provided to customers
- Report on activities

Its main activities

- Welcoming customers and partners
- Provide solutions to clients according to their needs
- Sell offers, products and services to clients
- Performing the demonstrations
- Ensure after sales services of terminals, devices in contact with the client
- Carry out daily, weekly report of activities
- Carry out daily ,weekly and monthly report of its activities.

Billing assistant

Its mission

- Invoicing of Partner orders
- Ensure the processing of virtual top-up and Orange Money orders (billing, deposit, reporting)
- Ensure activity reports

Its main activities

- Welcoming customers and partners
- Suggest solutions to customers based on their needs
- Sell offers, products and services to customers
- Performing the demonstrations
- Ensure after sales services of terminals and devices in contact with customer
- Provide daily, and weekly report of activities

Indirect sales

the objective is to increase turnover and animate the mobile telephony market through a network of wholesalers and retail point of sales. The various professions under this group include:

Regional Sales Manager

Its mission

- Ensure the development of turnover and guarantee customer satisfaction in the region in charge in accordance with the commercial policy of the Management.
- Guarantee the overall management and animation of a region.

Its main activities

- Ensure the commercial development of the region
- Ensure the smooth running of the region's activities
- Ensure effective management of your team

Sector manager

Its mission

- Deploy and coordinating field operations in line with the Orange's commercial policy, to implement the monitoring and operational control of the points of sale in its geographical area
Its main activities

- Develop Market Shares (Telco & Orange Money) at the retailer level
- Supervise the activity of the sales partners in your sector
- Ensure competitive intelligence in the field in its sales sector
- Co-constructing the Business Plan for its sector in close collaboration with its distributor
- Ensuring reporting and analysis of the performance of the activity in its sector
Indirect sales manager

Its mission

- Ensure the implementation of the commercial policy of indirect distribution in a given region. Its main activities

- Guarantee business improvement in his/her region
- Ensure the proper development of business in the region
- Ensure proper and efficient management of his or her team

Operating Marketing Manager

Its mission

- Implement the visibility and resonance of the brand and analyse the performance indicators of the region

Its main activities

- Co-construct regional trade marketing plans
- Analyze, evaluate and report on the activities of the regional trade marketing plan.
- Manage goodies/PLV, support resources and event and BTL agencies
- Deploy offers, sponsoring actions and other events
- Ensuring competitive intelligence
- Ensure the recruitment of new customers via existing channels: OCM, Distributors, BTL, KA, Manufacturers.
