Our misssion

The Foundation is at the heart of Orange Cameroon's corporate sponsorship and social responsibility. Since its creation in 2009 to the present day, it has been a natural extension of the company's mission: to enable everyone to communicate better.

Our Ambition

- To be the partner of the public authorities by contributing to the resolution of various and sensitive issues related to the development of the country
- Contribute to the development of Cameroon's digital economy through the democratisation of access to related tools and training, in line with the company's core business
- To promote the brand image of the company through the design and implementation of concrete, structuring and sustainable actions that benefit a greater number of Cameroonians.

General Secretary

Plays a strategic and representative role; responsible for the general administration and management of the Foundation's activities and assets.


- Draws up the Foundation's strategic plan, budget and programme of annual activities
- Implements the decisions of the board and the management and foundation committee
- Guarantees statutory and institutional obligations
- Negotiates agreements and partnerships
- Ensures the best relations with public and private institutions
- Interface with the media for foundation-related issues


- Very open, excellent relational;

- Excellent communicator (written and oral);

Corporate Sponsorship Expert

Coordinating role; plans and manages the implementation of sponsorship actions to enhance the image of Orange Cameroon


- Ensures the planning, coordination and steering of the Foundation's various activities
- Designs projects within the framework of the Foundation's strategy and orientations;
- Evaluates the resources needed to implement the projects


- Masters project management techniques
- Master office tools : PowerPoint, Excel et Word
- Excellent managerial skills (direct and cross-functional)
- Have leadership
- Know how to delegate and manage
- Field knowledge and know how to network
- Knowledge of the telecommunications sector and ICT

Pedagogical Mediator

He/she is the bridge and interface between the different local and international stakeholders of the digital school


- Ensure the deployment of the Digital school program
- Ensure the follow up and assessment of the program
- Ensure the integration of relevant content in the servers for Cameroon
- Leading the development of new content in line with the national curriculum

Sposorship Officer

Implements partnership and sponsorship actions on behalf of the company through the Foundation.


- Carry out the planned tasks within the assigned projects
- Contribute to the constitution of selection files for projects and partnerships
- Ensure project implementation

Sponsorship Assistant

Executes task in line with corporate sponsorship


- Management of the Foundation's planning, relationship management and reporting.
- Relay between the OCMF and the various departments and directorates within OCM.
- Responsible for supplier management, preparation and smooth running of FOCM sponsorship actions and events both internally and externally.
